People should keep in mind that this is primarily a support forum for the HT big bore sets (and other HT products). While general questions are welcome it is kinda strange to have some people expect us to debug their problems with ECUs or BB sets of OTHER manufacturers or re-sellers.
Anyone visiting here should recall the simple fact that with each purchase you do not only purchase a physical product but ALSO and often primarily the SUPPORT you expect to receive with regards to this product.

To make it very clear - we are not interested in supporting (aka spending valuable time with) those who spent their money elsewhere.

It amazes me to no end how entitled some people are. They buy their stuff elsewhere and when I block them from asking for help with exactly that stuff here they are kicking and screaming like its the most natural thing in the world to throw money at cheapo no-support-sellers, then turn around and get the support at a supplier who offers real support. I guess its the same folk that runs into a brick and mortar shop to get some gadget explained, just to then buy it at amazon and feel smart about it.
Don't get me wrong, its absolutely fine to ask any question as long as it is not obvious that you have already bought the item you are asking about elsewhere and we are also offering it. I always ask where the item was sourced but if the answer is "a friend gave it to me" but the friends name then is not disclosed for unknown reasons - bham - you are out. Threatening emails won't help LOL.
