So it was designed to " Go around the Himalayas" not, " Over them" Built with the Tunnels in mind.

@Sasa: Back to zero elevation and running on long and relatively free highways I noticed that the bike can accelerate very quickly up to 5000rpm, then struggles and finally can not go beyond 5800. I can not reach 120 kmh although it is easy to reach 110 quickly. what is going on with the mapping?
General power is much higher than a 411 would have - my guess is close to the 27-29HP that where measured a while ago by Dool - but with the caveat mentioned above.

Head!, mine goes to 7500RPM and has a different head
But seriously your Cam timing is out, unless by some stroke of luck, nothing personal it just so happens all Himalayans have the same fault.
I still can not offer a solution

Fixed most quirks by generously adding fuel all over the map - map2 has now 15 points added from 500 to 7000rpm flat.
Bike runs very nice after a very short period when cold (like 2-3 minutes) but even then it runs OK, just not optimal.

here are the current fuel mapping, didnt change anything on the spark front:
