Bs6 euro 5 himalayan + powertronic v4

I have no experience with your type of throttle body, but I would still be inclined to adjust up the idle stop position on the throttle cable wheel so that the butterfly valve is slightly more open.
I've done it up to the limit that if I do a full turn of the bars to the right (fully pulling the loose of throttle cable) the bike almost accelerates itself.

you mentioned that the bike ran OK for 2 weeks after an ECU update.
if that action alone did fix your bike then I would look into exchanging the TB/ECU combo for a new one and see if that helps.
Logic circuits are a funny thing, and they can malfunction in a temperature sensitive way.

I am not referring to the cable but the physical stop of the wheel that controls the actual opening at rest.
