I have no idea but if you provide a picture of the relay I will inquire with RD support here in India.

When I purchased my Powertronics ECU, it came with 2 relays, when I installed one I managed to dislodge one of the connections which caused the fault of it running only in Neutral.
I contacted PT and they were super helpful.
Mine was a Himalayan.
 
we will offer as add-on a low compression (170psi, the OEM compression of the 350) head at nominal costs. That will be pretty cheap,

I edited out the head supply offer because:
I was wrong there. I just got the first replacement head delivered today (after trying to get one for over 2 month!!) and it was NOT cheap. I had miscalculated (or rather wrongly guessed) based on the head prices for Hima and Bullet which are both cheaper.
This one goes for 16,000 INR (roughly 190 Euros). plus the work and transport to and from the workshop another 4000 INR. plus shipping (its heavy). So although we make zero profit from this it will still come to about 280-300 euros. Not cheap.

Another problem is that it seemingly is a rare commodity. And it is available in silver (metal) and black. I got the silver one although I wanted the black one. But what to do. I can always get out the spray can.

Fuelx is not suitable for such an increase in displacement .
Yes according to RD the simple fuelx is ONLY for stock engines. The fuelx pro+ would be for 500cc BB sets BUT it is not needed. Only the PT V4 is needed.
 
Looking forward to fitting the 500BB once it arrives
500BB now fitted to my meteor 350. PT4 still on stock mapping. Head dished out. Have performance cam , high flow air filter and straight through pipe. As Sam says, cold idle fine with stock map, occasionally stalls when dropping down into 1st and lot of pop on over run. Only done a short ride but noted quicker pick up, easier on steep hills and more satisfying thump from the engine. Will try the newer map this weekend and try to get another run in, snow permitting. Once I have a few hundred miles done I will put bike on dyno and report back
 
A word about installing the PT V4: It just about fits under the seat. The unit itself fits into the "paper compartment" on top of the battery - but barely and with the extra cabling from the map switch its a very tight fit. There is no room for a fuelx pro** and only with a lot of luck I can squeeze a bluetooth dongle somewhere that I will need for the engine ECU values to check during mapping. This is so far also the only way to get a grip on the RPM readout although I may install a tachometer later***.

**Update: Later I added the fuelX pro+ - it fits nicely under the pillion seat
***I added a Daytona Velona - that did not work, had to send it back to the dealership. But the TORQUE app is quite sufficient

modulators? you mean the 2 black lumps which's function I never clearly understood? yes, my mechanic managed to squeeze them in somehow.
what do they do anyway?

I have fitted them also. I can only guess that they refine the input signal to a 0 or 1 for the ECU to read...can't find anything definitive online
 
Getting more interesting, what do theses black boxes do ?
 
Not similar to the black boxes fitted to airplanes, which are actually Orange and designed by some smart Aussie working for the CSIRO.
