for one there is no 6th indicator.. I wonder what these guys will seeP.S. - I m not sure how this will fare Red box ECU and FI/carb system as there is one more gear to provision for., but for euro 5 411/scram 440 ecu will be a direct swap without much tinkering
My theory is if the gear sensor is not changed. screen will display minus for the 6th gear.for one there is no 6th indicator.. I wonder what these guys will see
It will show 5th gear. I tested this a long time ago, i think its in the dev section. You should be able to hook up a universal indicator. My theory is if the gear sensor is not changed. screen will display minus for the 6th gear.
well that guy tested it out it does indeed show - in place of 6th gear in speedometer, the only solution is to also change the gear sensor or get a universal sensor. It will show 5th gear. Yeah could be the case since he changed the shifdrum. I tested it experimentaly with the 5 speed drum which has a position for 6th gear but is blocked obviously.well that guy tested it out it does indeed show - in place of 6th gear in speedometer, the only solution is to also change the gear sensor or get a universal sensor.
Thanks for the input. We are still working on this in the developer section. Because parts availability and completeness of the conversion set is an issue, this has been an ongoing project. Maybe @sam2019 can chime in for putting you on the "waitlist" maybe?Reposting some additional pictures courtesy of Ricky Panggam on other social media platform.
These are the 440 replacement part numbers for the six speed transmission. Panggam said that no other parts are required to convert the 411 to six speed but spacers and washers. If anybody can order these please keep me updated because I could be interested in buying too.

i have already ordered the parts, just engine casing is left. also i am waiting to swap my 2022 himi with 2021 bs6 himi with separate ECU for better redbox compatibiltyReposting some additional pictures courtesy of Ricky Panggam on other social media platform.

Actually, as far as I understood from Panggam post, it shouldn't be required to change the 411 engine carter to fit the six speed transmission... he posted the picture just to highlight some differences in internal design. Also he fit a slipper clutch and that might require a different engine carter.i have already ordered the parts, just engine casing is left. also i am waiting to swap my 2022 himi with 2021 bs6 himi with separate ECU for better redbox compatibilty
unfortunately panggam post is very vague and we have to rely on guess work so in my understanding parts essentially required for 6th gear are, gear shifter drum, gear shaft assembly, gear shifter shaft, engine side cover.Actually, as far as I understood from Panggam post, it shouldn't be required to change the 411 engine carter to fit the six speed transmission... he posted the picture just to highlight some differences in internal design. Do you happen to know the replacement no. for the 440 engine side cover or are we missing that at the moment?unfortunately panggam post is very vague and we have to rely on guess work so in my understanding parts essentially required for 6th gear are, gear shifter drum, gear shaft assembly, gear shifter shaft, engine side cover.
yeah unfortunately that's the part i m missingDo you happen to know the replacement no. for the 440 engine side cover or are we missing that at the moment?
