I like the video and the math is correct afaik BUT he must have been sedated when riding the 450 claiming "the acceleration is not that much different".

Here are the shortcomings of the 450 IMO:

Too high - for 1.72cm small person. I can barely reach the ground - just tip-toeing, not a stable configuration if stability is required
No torque below 3500 rpm. Much like its Japanese and European brothers the 450 kicks ass at high rpm - not optimal for off road
Sub optimal digital instrument - with taking the "tripper" idiocracy to its logical conclusion - give up all riding condition info for a map that your mobile shows you better (and you need your mobile anyway to make it work)
added complications with the liquid cooling system - one more thing that can fail and needs maintenance
the by history of Enfield well proven fact that the customer is the beta tester of newly introduced technologies.
Very subjective but: UGLY !! That camel hump tank and the overall design is just an eye sore to me - compared with the elegant 411
Way higher fuel consumption in normal driving mode. Yes, there is ECO but fuck that, I mean its off by default and you have to switch it on every time your turn the key. and its lame. If you want the acceleration you cant use ECO.
Strange tyre sizes with limited selection of brand tyres (in India) and they are EXPENSIVE! 3500 INR (411) vs. 12000 INR (450)
No option for alloy wheels (if you ever had to change a tube on the road you know why that is important). The little bro of the Hima, the Scram has alloy wheels.
Price - 35% more than the Scram. (you cant get a new 411 Hima any more and they are not offering a 440 version)
Finally if you invest in a KENT cam and a 477 BIG BORE set the 411 will come very close to the 450 without trading in all its advantages like low rev torque etc. = still cheaper than a new 450.

there may be more, I'll have to think about it.
