RE supplies a set of handguards for the Hima. We had them on two of our bikes. They break off. And I do not mean after a severe crash, I mean when you tip the bike. No kidding.
Reason being they are only fitted to one side (the outer rim of the handle bar) and the connector is a flimsy metal nook. So go for other brands. There are Barkbusters (good but expensive) and the usual China clone of them (cheap at 20 US$) both of which are worlds better than this half baked RE stuff.
