My ride

Acquired this himmy about a month ago.

I know it's just a himmy, but there's so much more to this himmy . Firstly it's my himmy. Also it's my first bike since passing my test.

More than that I passed my test years ago but life or rather I let life get in the way of doing something fun for myself. Putting relationships and boring house purchases before the fun things I wanted to do for myself.

Said relationship came to an end last year and, last year was a bit up and down for lots of reasons, so this year was the time.

Bought her and fell in love. It's my bike and I'm loving getting out and about on the open road again. Motorcycling really is good for my soul!

And I love tinkering and doing the maintenence so it's a new hobby.

Hoping to do a few upgrades this year and enjoying many mini adventures.

Fitted some panniers today. Really happy with them. I just like the look of the bike with the panniers .

I have soft panniers, less damage when " lane splitting "

The panniers I use are what I bought for the Himalayan.
