Mostly you know when your on a powerful motorcycle, unless it is drowned in compliance "enhancements".
So a zero to 100kph should be given nearly as much of a credit as Dyno machines are expected to be given?
So I looked at a couple if videos of classic/bullet 350 doing 0 to 100kph.
To say there is some disparities is a given.

What are we to make if that? Classic are faster??
I will accept sub 10 seconds grudgingly
Dynos have their anomalies also, take this chart from HMC is shows the stock bike makes about a quarter more than mine did on a Dyno!
I've seen 350's showing 18RWHP, 15.6 and 12RWHP(as mine did) on different Dynos.
