Air Fuel Ratio Gauge Question

This instrument apparently is sold without a sensor. Does it mean it uses the o2 sensor of the bike? how does it interface with the ECU?

also no units shown on the display.

Is this one better? again, no sensor, but at least some numerical output. instruction says: 4,6,8 cylinder - but how is this relevant for fuel/air ratio?

A while ago, I bought a broadband lambda sensor set from Aliexpress. It works perfectly, even over a longer period of use. The price is quite high compared to a narrowband sensor. You have to be very careful, because sometimes broadband is advertised but it's not true. Especially if the price is suspiciously low. As far as I know, broadband probes always have an M18x1.5 thread. I welded a threaded bushing like this to my 450 Himalayan for the Sensor. This was very useful and a prerequisite for the test bench runs to test fuelX and DNA air filters.
