Adjustable/Correct! Cam Timing

We have taken the sprocket off the shop listing.
There is a problem with the head size of the bolts used. There may also be a a problem with the tensil strength of the replacement bolts.
While this problem is not solved we are not offering the sprocket.

Hi
Concerning the Adjustable Cam Sprocket, I notice that the hole which corresponds to the lug of the camshaft is slightly too small. As a result, it is impossible to put the pinion correctly on the camshaft.
See photo.
Did you think a little readjustment to the drill might be a good idea?
Or is it better not to try and install an original sprocket? I have one that fits perfectly on the camshaft. (Photo)

Concretely I read on the forum that this sprocket was used to adjust the timing of the camshaft a little better. How is this resolved? If we loosen the 3 screws, what should we try to do? To put the 2 lines clearly looking at the attached plane of the cylinder? What are the small graduations for?
