This is the longest standing Himalayan in Costa Rica now. Belongs to a member of the RE Club down here I had the chance to talk to today at the annual meeting. Dan says only real issue has been the stator which he had to buy/rewrap 3 times. 116119 km. All he states is the importance of the best oil you can buy. 2018 model.

Lucky he has a BS4 LOL. the BS3 stator would have to be rewound at least 10 times ...
We also have more and more 2016/17 models coming of age in the 90.000km range. Few had engine work done, most only the usual suspects, head bearings etc.
