10 day marathon - would you book such a thing?

One of our members. @thony is planing a group tour in 2027 - the time is limited to 10 days in India (total time with flights = 12 days).
Of course he wants to see the mountains and given the time constrains and other issues what would be a possible itinerary?
I put together this draft. I have done all of these legs, more than once, but not within 10 days.
What do you guys think? Is it too much or still enjoyable? Please leave your opinion below!

There is no time for excursions, you wanted 10 days !
People will be pretty exhausted doing the trip as it stands, if you allow for a easier proceeding, like 2 weeks, then yes.
