Meanwhile our friend Pablo from Italy says he has remapped the stock ECU of a BS6 Hima to fit the 440 cylinder of the new Scram (which I had sent to him).
I still try to figure out which device he used to accomplish that task - English is not his first but I think third language (after Spanish and Italian)

This is what he wrote:

Mounted on a euro5 (year 2023), it runs very well, with the original control unit, I can then remap the control unit, changing all the fuel and carburetion parameters, so the bike runs very well....

First diagram is torque and the second power, stock red line green line without catalytic converter on the exhaust and remapped the original ECU...
The values are calculated at the wheel....

Apparently he uses one of DIMSPORTS packages, I am getting more infos, specifically which package and how he uses it.

I guess its a bit out of my league: devices made by Dimsport are in the 2-7000 US$ range. Nothing I would want to invest in when I need a separate device for each model. Maybe there is a workaround. Let's see what Pablo comes up with.

looked good - until I got this reply: (that stuff is major league expensive)

I have the new genius, it's used to make lots of motorcycles, cars, trucks, tractors... then for each thing you want to use you have to buy the files to intervene...

there may be an option to facilitate this Himalayan specialist and his programing of the ECU option to get a regular BS6 411 TB/ECU re programmed to use the 440 cylinder. Even with postage inside the EU and his fee it will be by far the cheapest option for a power gain.
Please let me know if you are interested and I will figure out if he is willing to do it and how much he will charge.

Well i can tell you this. I am willing to drive my scram 411 to them to italy, so I can have the ecu and bike originally tuned to the 477 pack. I live in the west coast of Greece 40 mins away from the port of Igoumenitsa, i can be in the boat to ancona /Venice and be in italian soil overnight. Share the details and the place you are talking about i ll see what i can do.
