It seems the 440 wheels are now available separately (at least in India) from this company:

with a caveat as it seems (quoted from reddit)

For fitting the front alloy wheel, you'll need a spacer slightly larger than the current front spacer. The speedometer cable will need to be repositioned under the Himalayan's instrument cluster. There's also another spacer in the the speedometer in front tyre that needs to be cut down by about half to fit perfectly with the front wheel.

For the rear alloy wheel, the fitment is direct — it fits straight onto the rear without any modifications.

For the Hima because the Scram wheels is smaller the ground clearance is reduced by 2.5cm
the speedo might also show a bit too high (never hurts on a Hima LOL)

you will need new tyres (of course - tubeless)

It's a 19 inch front wheel. Himalayan is 21 inch
yes, but apparently it will fit with some little jugaad. How does the Hima determine speed? electronically from the front wheel by counting the abs thingy rotations? It will miscalculate but only a bit by ca. 6%.

AI to the rescue:

The "Physical" Fix: Modified ABS Tone Rings

The most reliable way to fix this without touching the bike's software is to install a custom ABS tone ring with a different number of slots.

  • How it works: Manufacturers like KEDO or specialized shops produce rings with fewer slots specifically designed for wheel swaps.
  • The Math: If your wheel is 6% smaller, a ring with roughly 6% fewer slots will "slow down" the pulse rate sent to the ECU, bringing your speedometer back to a factory-accurate reading.
