Must be close!

Looks fast enough to get away from things!
You have lightened your bike a fair bit?

Yes, that would be a fair statement.
Titanium Endcan is 3.2 kg lighter

Rims are 4.5 kg lighter

Rear suspension is 1.8 kg lighter

Aluminum rear sprocket with 520 pitch chain is nearly 1.9 kg lighter

Other than these major ones. I removed all the heavyweight touring accessories like the pannier mount and tail rack from zana. Also removed the front tank guards and mounted headlight directly, the headlight unit in itself is lighter than stock somehow. Chinese may be,but has worked well for 2 years now.
Plus the carbon fiber heat shield, rear tail swap with scram and removing the number plate mount.
Aluminum handlebar... So may be overall another 6-7 kgs (guesstimate)

So overall 18-19 kg lighter than stock himalayan I would presume.

Mine just keeps getting heavier, with the stuff I buy from SoBa ( chain oiler works well, thank you) even with ali wheel, the new Ceat steel radial is so heavy my rear wheel weighs 1kg more than stock. I'm with Sam, a 2 month fast would easy lose more than I could remove from a road legal Himalayan 😅🤣😂

Oh that is one of my biggest dilemma with tyres.
I am using Mitas E07 which are just too heavy, probably as you said, heavier than stock wheel for sure. But they are great on all terrains. Plus they look well.

I have a set of Pirelli scorpion trail II as well, but that's literally a 90-10 tyre. So while it's really light, not sure if it would look that well on my himmi. 😅
