I occasionally get emails from ppl asking why BB sets that are similar to ours are cheaper on different websites. I also very frequently get emails from those ppl who already bought from those cheaper websites asking for support.
No. 2 is easy: get your support where you left your money - don't ask for support here unless you have purchased from us.
Regarding similarity: I won't name names but I can say this: I have purchased one of the cheaper sets to have a look and found that the liners used are of lesser quality (for the 477 and 500 the liners have to be replaced) and that the boring was done to DOUBLE the width which we use (which already is on the conservative end of cylinder/piston distance) and that the honing wasn't done in the way it should have been (showing characteristic cris-crossing lines on the surface). Of course one is a small sample size but it is not my job to evaluate competing products, this is just to show that not all BB kits are made the same.
As for support: try to get it from someone who hardly speaks English and who has been raised in an environment devoid of any appreciation for quality.
