On 23rd of July India Post decided they needed an update of their shipping software. This was expected to last 4 days with intermittent outages.
However, it turned out to be a major fuckup and while national shipping was restored relatively fast international shipping only worked flawless again since yesterday.
In the meantime the PO would accept parcels and attach labels to them (of which I sent you pictures) but these parcels where only ever entered into the system and shipped much later, the last batch yesterday.
So if you have received an email with the PO tracking number attached and this number isn't yet showing in the system (or only since a short while) - this is the reason.
Also: In the interim various functionalities where not operational, e.g. the tracking itself did not work for quite a while - although parcels did physically get forwarded in a normal fashion their progress would not show in the tracking.
So please bear with me for a while longer. Your stuff will eventually reach but possibly much later than the projected 2-3 weeks it normally takes.
