While it was a challenge to find any alternatives to the stock CEAT tires which are long lasting (mine have 12k km on it and are still good) their grip is sub optimal.
If you check for 120/70-ZR17 front and 160/60-ZR17 you will find quite a few new offers in the market. However the prices are all way higher than CEAT, most are double and more.
