After one year in the market (in our online shop only) I sold all of 2 sets.
However as it turns out the Himalayan exhaust at least in a 477 model, is quite hot and melts the plastic of the box. we fixed that with adding stainless steel plates outside and inside and since then the box remains cool.
We also made a small "exhaust fumes deflector" that is welded to the end of the exhaust which also helps.
But long story short, we have taken the boxes off the shop now. too much hassle, too little profit for the number we can expect to sell.
I still use them on my Guerilla (no problem with exhaust there) and will use the set from the Himalayan (now sold) on the new Scram 440.
From a functional point of view for the traveler who takes his stuff off the bike when stopping over night these are way easier to handle compared to the OEM panniers and the content is way easier accessible in the hotel room, basically like any suitcase. No digging for stuff that is on the bottom of the pannier.
