in that light he did very well. and there are other factors. if you disengage from a previous way of doing business there is always a dip first. 4 years is not enough to earn those long term positive results, so biden actually got them without earning them.

that or read the gazillion pages of source material I have read since 1970s :-) - in book form mainly in those days but later also via internet. I still have most of it, as pdf or epub.
