There is a development for a kickstart. The package would contain all needed parts. Some additional simple changes to the housing needed to be made. For those without workshop it may come to 3-5 hours of paid work for a mechanic.
Some additional changes? what, like machining an exit for the Kick shaft cw with seal. I have had the RH cover off a few times but can not remember if the Cover is thick enough in that spot to take the load of the Shaft.
Actually 300 is a purely made up number, it could be as low as little over 100 if we can use an existing kick lever. 3 sprockets and a bunch of gaskets should be cheap…
Has anyone tried sizing the Bullet Kick start gears, maybe they didnt stray too far from that design
Anyhow the Cover will need machining to get the shaft out and a seal recess made.
