OEM is not Viton !
70 Duro would be enough for the pressure and temperature, just saying :giggle:
Like who pulls their Pump apart anyhow?, it works in the 40psi range and the fuel doesent get very Hot, you Hope!

Viton O rings are for high pressure/Temp environments like in Hydraulic systems IMO

yes but if and when you clean the fuel filter you need to change them - and for that you need to HAVE them. Thats the point here.
They may be too good for the job but considering much of the Hima is the opposite thats a nice change

Having removed the pump from its plastic housing I can tell you it is not an easy job to do with just 2 hands.
Knowing the meaning of the colour of the O ring and the hardness ie Durometer I can say that fitting Harder Higher temperature chemical resistant O rings is waste of time and money  IMO
