yeah, it will take time to empty the supply lines. also: RE may revise their stupid decision

Would not count on the second partย ๐Ÿ˜•

RE frantically trying to regain their dodgy reputation from a few years back.ย ๐Ÿ™

I also thinking about Sam's thread on why not to buy a BS6

It could be that the supplies of stock are low because of Covid shutdowns etc and so limits are being placed to even out the flow.

Latest model now available in Kiwi Land. Just over 8K NZ. Way more than my 2019 at $6999.00 carby model.

Newer models have EFI and ABS and now switchable ABS and the tripper. Still pretty good value when you look around.

with tripper you also get a "hardened" ECU that is glued to the TB - so it is questionable if there will ever be a honest piggyback ECU (or a reasonably prices replacement that is programmable).

I would avoid it if I could.

When you look at the new model - more expensive, heavier, hardened ecu (though that's probably the EU's fault), leaner, gimmick gps from the Meteor - it does make you wonder if indeed they are planning to phase it out.
